AJIT is a configurable RISC-based Processor Core IP developed for programmable processing, system control, memory management, and System-on-Chip (SoC) development.

The processor architecture supports reliable application execution while integrating with memory subsystems, peripheral IP, debug infrastructure, and AI accelerator technologies. Built around a single-issue, in-order pipeline with IEEE 754 floating-point support, AJIT provides a programmable processing platform for embedded and intelligent semiconductor systems.

Supported software development includes GCC/G++, Binutils, GDB, CORTOS-2, FreeRTOS, RTEMS, Zephyr, and Linux.

LICENSABLE

APARAJIT is a licensable AI Accelerator IP developed for AI inference, tensor processing, and parallel computing workloads.

Built on a common semiconductor architecture, APARAJIT is available in Micro, Mini and Mega configurations, enabling engineering teams to maintain software portability while selecting the processor configuration that best matches deployment requirements.

The APARA AI Accelerator architecture incorporates four independent MIMD threads, eight hardware execution lanes, four parallel memory banks, a dedicated DMA engine, a bundled 16 KB instruction cache, and a 256-bit load/store interface. It supports FP4/INT4 through FP64/INT64 precision formats for AI inference and parallel computing.
