Reapan Tikoo as Chief Executive Officer looks after the day-to-day operations of Powai Labs. He successfully steered Powai Labs from idea stage to its current form; attracting the best global talent, investors and working with the top global semiconductor clients. Prior to Powai Labs, he successfully handled key assignments with blue-chip Companies.

Experience prior to Powai Labs:
GTL Ltd (US $ 133.41 million Company): During his tenure as Head Business Operations, he was instrumental in growing sales by 712%.

HCL Corporation (US $ 2 Billion Corporation): While still a trainee, he single-handed set-up a vibrant branch and successfully ran it; taking the market share from 15% to 85%; recruiting, setting-up the office, channel partners etc. Initially operating from the hotel, he transformed the scale of operations. Later as Group Manager-CEG Group- at NIIT Limited, he was instrumental in growing revenue by 308%.

Education: He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and LSE, London.

Awards: He has been the recipient of Chevening Scholarship.
